By placing an order with Keel and Curley Winery, the buyer expressly authorizes Keel and Curley Winery to legally act as an agent on the buyers behalf to engage a common carrier as the delivery service for the order, and that it is legal for an out of state buyer or recipient to receive alcoholic products by common carrier at the address provided by the buyer.
