Due to every state having different shipping laws for wine, Keel and Curley may not be able to ship wine to your state. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

All wines purchased from Keel and Curley Winery, whether by internet, E-Mail, phone, fax, or at our retail store, are sold in the State of Florida. The title passes to the buyer in Florida immediately at the time of sale. Keel and Curley Winery makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Florida. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic products and for the specific knowledge of his or her state, county or local laws concerning alcoholic beverage shipment.

By placing an order with Keel and Curley Winery, the buyer expressly authorizes Keel and Curley Winery to legally act as an agent on the buyers behalf to engage a common carrier as the delivery service for the order, and that it is legal for an out of state buyer or recipient to receive alcoholic products by common carrier at the address provided by the buyer. In placing the order, the buyer further represents that the buyer or buyer's authorized, designated order recipient is at least twenty one (21) years of age on the purchase date.

All shipments must be signed for by someone at least 21 years of age.
