KEEL & CURLEY WINE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the complimentary Keel & Curley wine club!  By joining the wine club, you agree that your credit card will be charged for the pre-selected wines every other month starting the 15th of next month.

Changes:  You can change your wine selections but this must be done by the end of the month prior to the wine club charges.  You can not change the selection once your credit card has been charged.

Pick Up:  Wine club purchases can be picked up anytime during our normal business hours (not after 6 P.M. on Fridays) after the 15th of the designated month.  If your wines are not pick up within 75 days of the charge, the wines will be shipped to you and your credit card will be charged for the appropriate shipping and handling.

Shipping:  Our wines are shipped by U.P.S. and an adult signature (over 21) is required for the package to be delivered.  It can not be left at the door without a signature.

Credit Card Charges:  If your credit card is declined, changed, or expired and we are not able to process your order for two months in a row, your wine club membership will be cancelled by Keel & Curley.

Cancellation:  You can cancel in writing anytime after the first purchase but all credit card charges prior to your cancellation will remain in place and will not be refunded.
